The Emerald Coast of Florida stretches roughly between Pensacola to Panama City. The area is home to Eglin AFB, the largest Air Force Base in the world. The snow white beaches and crystal clear green waters of the Gulf of Mexico rival any Caribbean Island and the fishing is the finest anywhere.

You have choices when deciding where to live. You can go where the action is and enjoy round the clock beach life in popular area like Pensacola Beach, Destin, 30A and Panama City Beach. Or you can choose  quieter locations on East Bay or Choctawhatchee Bay. If you prefer a more rural lifestyle, you can head north to Milton, Crestview or Defuniak Springs.

There's plenty of recreation including, boating, fishing, kayaking parasailing, shopping, eating, hunting, camping, hiking and exploring. You'll experience old southern charm along with modern amenities. There's lots to do, plenty to see and wonderful people to meet and call friends and family.
