You will also want to explore the history of Fort Walton Beach by viewing the 1,000+ artifacts and prehistoric ceramics from European explorers, local pirates and early settlers at the Indian temple mound museum.

The shady trees, covered pavilions, picnic tables, walking path and playground equipment, make this the perfect place for everyone in the family to get some exercise. This community park also features boat ramps, a fishing pier as well as restrooms.
